Spokane bucks the national trend with a very solid Real Estate Market!

The Real Estate market in Spokane is remarkably strong compared to other regions.
The Spokane market year to date is up nearly 10% in re sale price over last year. Our market is not unlike many markets with a higher number of homes on the market, compared to last year, but overall the Spokane and Northwest markets are performing quite well, compared to other markets.
With recent reductions to interest rates, increased loan incentives and plenty of homes to choose from, it is a great time to buy!
On the selling side Spokane has a very positive demographic outlook with job and population growth, and out of town investors at a record number. This of course all leads to an increased number of potential buyers, thus an increase in sales of existing and newly constructed homes.
To validate the positive real estate market indicators, Newsweek Magazine recently published an article ranking the current Real Estate Markets; Spokane ranked in the top 10!
Spread the word, Spokane still is a great place to own, sell and invest in real estate!
